How we use your information

This notice covers the information you give us through the forms on this website. It does not cover the Zenna app or physio portal, which have their own notices.

What we collect

Your name, email address and anything else you choose to type into a form: organisation, role, investor type and your message. We also record the country your request came from, and the date and time.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, and to keep you updated about the thing you asked about: clinician early access, investment, or your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Submissions are stored in a database operated for us by Cloudflare. Only the Zenna Health team can see them.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is active, and no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use tracking.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Use the contact form and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
